Hello my name is george and I am writing this report to let any one that is thinking of purchasing a new or used motorcycle or atv, I wouldn't advise buying from sports city cyclery in greatfalls.

My son's best friend and his wife just purchased a 1989 kawaski 4 wheeler from them. They put 800 down on the atv and a week later went in and paid another 100.00. That afternoon he was laid off from his job and went back into the dealership to back out of the deal until things get better. And the pri*k that owns the dealership told them that they would only refund 600 of the 900 given them. And said that that was store policy.

Well if that is the case they should have put it in writing and furthermore should have told them that when they put the money down on this machine in the first place. Furthermore the machine is a 1989 kawasaki bayou that is only worth 975.00 nada book value and they were charged 2300.

If that is not a ripoff than I don't know what is. That is not only a ripoff but just pure bad bussiness tactics. Hope that if you read this you really think hard before purchasing anything from sports city cyclery. Thank you for reading this.

Dear George,

my boyfriend's situation is similar and I have posted my own rip-off report titled:Cycle Smithy;

If you don't already know...the Consumer Fraud Act might also apply to your son's friend..
In the Consumer Fraud Act, any omission or misrepresentation of an important fact that would considerably affect a consumer's decision to buy,(like a refund policy)is a violation of this act.
