Sports Floor Mats Fan Shops Inc. Email is Quickest...For No Response Freehold New Jersey
I ordered a collegiate rug from this company a month ago and after sending 5 emails I have yet to receive any response from the company. When you call the number online it is an automated message and requests that you send them an email to which they will respond to in 24-48 hours. They charged my card already and I have no way of getting them to contact me back. I was at ease during the ordering process with both the ability to pay though PayPal and their "UpFront Merchant" badge. I guess that was a joke too!
Was excited about this product but now it has become a waste of time and money!
