Bought 2 trucks from sports and imports in fort smith ar. 1st truck no problem but very high cost. Trusted him and needed another truck for work.2005 duramax Dollie.he said never been wrecked. Clear title. When time for tag north Dakota said it had 23 issues on car fax. Had to get tag. Called Chris and he said he new nothing about it. Then we checked further and found out he rebuilt the truck and we frounted him with it. He said he will give us a 5000.00 discount. I TeX him and only if you make my payment. He never responded. Truck keep going in and out of shop always something. Then they told us it was dangerous to drive the front clip was welded on it can fall off and we will wreck. Told Chris my husband told him he wanted his money back.he said give me a few days. I lined my daughter the truck to go to get her stuff from Arkansas. She lives in San Antonio. She get to Arkansas and they repoe my f350 and leave her stranded with 7 kids and 1 with breathing problem all meds. Are in the truck. My payment was current on the truck. Cone to find out they never posted my check I sent to them. I have a copy of the check and the receipt from the post office( priority mail ). Then my daughter had narcotics missing out of her purse. They put there hands on her and pushed my husband. Then the next day they picked up the duramax truck. Me and my husband lost about 20,000.00 in repairs and payment. This tells me that anyone can buy a car and they can pick it up even if the payment is not due
