I returned two products to two different companies.The packages were switched and sent to the wrong destinations. One package was a $200 cell phone that went to Sportsman Guide in Mn. I phoned them and asked them to send it back to me C.O.D. After two weeks and many calls with the old be patient routine from Brandon at customer service I cheked with UPS. My package was delivered to them 12/06/2006 and signed for by Paul at the back dock.A few more calls to Brandon and repeatedly hearing "we can't locate it perhaps it will be found later" I gave up . They received the cell phone and they do not even sale any type of phone. Someone there has a new NEC e949 flip phone! P.S. the other company that should have received the phone forwarded the wrong package they received to the rightful owner - Sortsman Guide. Hooray for Blue Bay Electronics - Boo for Sportsman Guide, stay shy of them.
