I ordered a riflescopefrom Sportsmans guide.I have been a long time customer & yearly pay 430.00 for club fees.I ordered a riflescope from them & they had the vendor (Bushnell terrible products)send it to me because they didnt have it in stock.In the box Bushnell says do not return Item wher you bught it but return it to them if any problems,but to include a Money order for 10.00 return shipping.So here I pay 11.00 to ship it to them & 10.00 to get it back.they gave me a letter saying it was under warrantee & they would repair it if I gave the go ahead.Aso even though it was under warrantee they sent me an estimate for $550.00 for repair & sent it back unrepaired.So I spent another 21.00 over the original price and still had a fogged scope i ould not see through.Sportsmans Guide finally told me after a seond call to send it to them & they would send me another scope immediately and a $15.00 to cover some of my loss and a return label.I sent them back my scope & still haven't recieved the one promised.The new customer service rep said they didn't send out another & they haven't recieved mine yet.I told them the other customer service rep assured me they would send me a replacemet immediately &he said when they get mine they would.I asked him if he could inquire about a trace(it was sent UPS Via a pre-paid label they sent me)& they didn't seem to waant to accomodate.I have the sick feeling I will be waiting a long time.They lied to me,prmised one thing,did another & dont even want to find out what has happened to the item I sent them back.They don't care.they got my money & now when it comes time to help me they won't even try.I feel I am being brushed off.Do not deal with this Buissness!!!BuyreBeware you were warned!
