We received a fax advertising a great deal on t-shirts. I spoke with Jane and Anne on numerous occasions through the telephone and e-mail while setting up our design and placing the order. We sent a check for $985 for 200 t-shirts through DHL carrier service on August 16, 2007 and it cleared our bank on August 21st.
There has been very limited e-mail response from the company and the replies that have been received have been excuses as to why we have not received our t-shirts (employees ill, large functions with time sensitive dealines). We have had absolutely no return of phone calls since we sent the check.

I continue to have no succes in communicating with Jane. I have e-mailed her numerous times (approximately 1-3 times per week) since December adn have received two responces, each saying that Jane was out of the office and would respond to my e-mail when she returned (she never has). I have left phone messages, as well, and have never had a response via the phone.
