Upon investing with spotfn.com, a sum totalling $37,500.00, I was notified by the company of fraud within my account by one of their brokers (a Mr. Wilson) and the account was to be closed.  I was asked to make a choice, either accept refund or assign account to another broker. I chose to withdraw and then was advbised of a fee of $3,750.00 was need to close the account for full refunbd.  I never received the refund and was later told the fee's i rendered were not paid to their company, even though their agents advised my where to submit the fees. I asked then what would it take ot re-instate the account to full brokerage. Again they asked for additional fee's, using the same procedure they claimed was false the first time. Now I am told they will liquidate my account in my favor, the account hving  been updated with funds not credited but, I must pay a fee of 14.71% of the total update account which now statnds at $87,400.00.
