I had purchased the so called Spoti Mass Viewer Bot via BitCoin. this bot software promised to do alot of things, with catchy words as i read about it. with deception appearing promising, but when i bought it for $100.64 and i tried it, it didnt work, and I realized this bot software was a fraud and i had gotten ripped off. ive sought help via support. they was never there to be of any help, could never ever talk to anyone, they were not good at returning your calls or emails. they only give you a video which carried no detailed step by step instructions on how to actually work the new bot software. it began to be frustrating! later as i tried to pursue ways o get my hard earned money back, i found out that they sold this bot via bitcoin so they can scam you out of your money, because bitcoin is irreversible, which means that you can never get your money back! on there website stated that Guaranteed working or will give a full refund. To this day i never got a refund of my $100.64. I wouldnt recommend anyone buying this Spoti Mass Viewer Bot.

i just couldnt get this software to work for me, so i had all rights to ask of a refund of my $100.64. On May 6, 2018 and May 30, 2018, I sent a refund request to them by email asking of a refund request and they never responded to me at all to this day. I was dissappointed by there product that i paid for. Next I will pursue contacting the FTC.

We have delivered all licenses. We needed to update the software for awhile, but this happens with every website. We respond to our support emails as best we can. We do not appreciate customers being impatient by posting content such as this. We are a very small company.
