SPOTIO Charged me nearly $2,000 after I cancelled and was told I would not be charged again Dallas Texas

In January 2019 we signed up for Spotio, a field sales tool. Due to technology issues related to the integration with Salesforce for the Opportunity object, the tool did not work well for us, and on April 12th, 2019, we cancelled and were told that we would no longer be charged.

We have proof of cancellation via email from Josue at Spotio. On May 30th, I was charged $1,959.14, which I will be disputing on my credit card report. I have contacted support and emailed everyone at the company, and need a resolution.

Spotio Resolved my issue

Spotio resolved my issue by issuing a refund due to an error in their billing system. They issued a credit, if it does not go through I will repost my complaint.
