I am reporting this company that has been very deceitful with their business with me.  I have emails, that show our agreement, that was mailed back to them.  They provided and end of event report that gave the amount that they owed our non-profit foundation.

This owner and his wife both shook my hand and gave me a report showing the 20% they owed our chairty.  I asked where their check for the 20% was, and they advised the check would be mailed.

It has been 4 months since our event.  I hired an attorney, and my attorney advised it would cost more to hire legal counsel, to claim our 600 + they owe.  I reported to BBB and he replies with there is a contract that has been signed, stating we agreeed 20% of profits would be paid, on anything over $4,000.

I have our contract that clearly states, our agreed amount was anything over 2,000.  Besides, why would he and his wife hand me a report showing the 20% they owed our charity?

I refuse to allow this compnay to keep deleting my Facebook post and replying with flat out lies and deceipt.  They do a lot of festivals and appear to be doing business with a lot of festivals.  I did not place anyone with this company during tickets sales, and I was told by many parents they were selling back our Buddy Bucks at our festival.  This would be money that I could never track.  We had a verbale agreemtn that NO cash is to be accepted during our festival.  All transactions are BUDDY BUCKS only.  This man will tell you ANYTHING you want to hear, and when he arrives and something isnt right, he tells you its in the contract.

Read his contract, and half the stuff he tells you is in the contract, is not.  I highly reccomend, everyone having him sign ALL pieces of paper of the contract.  He will send you an emailed contract and thats it.  His wife knows the talk to when you call asking questions.

BEWARE of this company!
