Complaint Review: Spotted Horse Painting

Cheryl is such a liar. As people know what uneducated non professional trained people that perform work say to justify what they do.  Cheryl just picked up a paint brush and started painting.  What else needs to be said.  I can't argue with a mentally incompetent person. Those pictures are not her horses.  There is numerous complaints regarding her horses on topix.com/alamogordo.  So many people have seen the squalor she and those animals live in..  There are a lot of sites that this has been posted that she doesn't even know about.

I am in contact with the BBB ( Better Business Bureau ) in Albuquerque and sent them a copy of the e-mail from Ms Patricia Borderick, La Luz with the pictures of her mobil home and the remark : like a different home. I also explained how I did the work and what materials I used.
When Trish called Sherwin Williams she was told only the top products that she could use for her home. She did not ask if the products I used were OK. Just paint/primer water based would have been wrong because there was no more finish coat left on 2 sides . You use oil based primer - then you  use water based finish coat - to make sure it will not peel. You don't use oil based paint because of the weather down here - to hot and dry still cold in the winter - because oil based paint would chalk after just a short time - maybe 3 - 4 years not sure.
BBB closed the complained. I recived the letter today.
 Stop saying all those nasty things about me and sweep in front of your own door. You are not a PHD and how I live is my business only and my animals are all doning very well. You only were at my home twice last summer for a few minutes. Leave it alone Trish.

Cheryl you have something wrong with your brain....This is typical of so called contractors that don't want to honor their work and what they do.. excuses excuses excuses so you don't have to follow up.  Even MV Inc said it is substandard work.  This type of work should  last a lot longer than a 1 1/2 years per the professionals I have had look at the mobile home as well as what the paint store said.  You have no formal training in anything for the work you do.  Putting me down insinuating
I'm 16 is indicative of you putting every one else down than comes in your path, especially when you know you are wrong.  Just like you put down Ellenburg and told me awful things about him.  Shame on you. Totally unprofessional.  The lies you post for things that were never said, confirms there is some mental condition at work.   That is who you are and others have told me this.  This is why you told me and my friend in the auto store there is no work.  There is plenty of work, my contractor friends are overwhelmed with work.  Your reputation has circulated in this community. 

Even my Real Estate lady knew you without me even saying your name or business.   Reviewing all correspondence,  and the feedback I have from readers reading this and the other sites, confirm this and makes my point to the tee.   You told me you were a genius..OMG please.  You can't even write unless you have your uneducated daughter that is posting doing this. This is such a sad sad environment you surround yourself in.

You live in substandard filthy living conditions as well as the animal abuse that as been documented  over and over again, which will eventually be taken care of.  Your living conditions is reflective of the type of work that you do.  You are a hoarder.

There is enough information posted on sites,  that you aren't even aware of with this information that you don't even know of or have  the knowledge to find, that professionals look at that you will not be notified of.  Justice is done, almost  :-)

The job was done 1 1/2 year ago. It does not last forever you know! Weather can cause problems. OMG, really that is how you talk. Are you 16?

Now I know she's mentally unstable.  It looked fine after, until it started to show what inferior work was done.   If it was done properly, this would not be like it is.  Again, pictures say a thousand words, as the pics I posted on this site, is exactly the way it was when finished.  You can't see it from far away.

I just re read and she DID NOT DO THE SKIRTING.  I did.  She never offered to buy materials. She didn't want the responsibliity. We went to Home Depot and I bought the materials.   After she was done and gone, I went and bought the materials for the stairs myself (have a witness)  and built the stair myself front and back and primed and painted (have a witness).  I bought the materials at Lowes.  I rebuilt the deck in the back by myself as well as primed and painted.  I can't believe all the lies this woman is saying.  That just confirms in my mind there is something mentally wrong with her.  She can't see the trash she lives in and the harm to her horses and animals as posted on other websites so this doesn't surprise me of her mental state of mind.  She is a hoarder.

I never threaten people. I am pro active.  I don't need to threaten.  This woman as she feels she can do what she wants,  when she wants, if she wants.  She lives in squalor conditions as well as her animals as witnessed by tons of people.  My problem is I trust and this is just another life lesson.

As you can see pictures say a thousand words that are shown here.  She can say what she wants, pictures are worth 1000 words.   She is angry that she is being challenged. She thinks she is always right putting other people down.  That should have been my first warning when she criticized the fist painter I got a quote from. She is making up things I've never heard before nor was said. 

People have told me, as well as professionals, that they have had bad experiences with her.  The paint company told me she used the wrong caulking.  She admitted to me last week,  she only fixed what she saw, she did not caulk all areas (which is considered prep work before painting).  She uses short cuts as she is very very cheap.  Look at the pictures .  She has gotten her daughter and others to write comments to make her look good.  Just beware people and remember, pictures are worth a 1000 words regardless of who she gets to post on these sites. 

The paint store said if she would have used the correct elastic caulking instead of the $2 cheapy, it would be flexible and would not have this problem.  She knows better than the professionals even though as she has no formal training in anything.

As you can see, she is illiterate and can't spell either.

I have lots of work and even with ppl I worked before called me back.It is not as much as I had in other years(2 -3 month waiting list ) but that is the economy and every one knows that.

the pictures will show you otherwise and the paint store said she used the wrong cauking!  Have spoken to many people even real  estate people that do not like this woman and won't do business with her.  She recently made a statement, there is no work...  That is why. No one wants to to do business with her.

This woman is making up things because she is angry that I have filed complaints against her.  As you can see the pictures speak a thousand words and  I am not going to justify her lies by responding to them.  What I said is what is the truth regardless of what she says.  I don't threaten I do action.

I painted this trailer between March 5th and March 18th 2010.I know this because patricia Borderick sent me an e-mail at the 19th of march 2010 with pictures on how good the moble home looked.
I used silicone based caulking/paintable and fixed all crackes also screwed and renailed were sideing was lose or poped and showed seems open. The top finish was gone on the south side and west side. so I cleaned of loose particals and primed with oil based primer A100 by Sherwin Williams then finished with A100 flat for walls and satin for trim - her color choice..
She needed a skirting. I offered she buy materials and I do the work for no extra charge insted I have technicel support for my computer for live.I scraped and resealed the shed ( it was OSB not sideing) used for her motorcicle and primed and painted it and added the shed not attached primed with water based primer and painted. She bought the materials for the skiting and helped me some to install. I also Primed and painted it. I also gave her better steps for the entrance but she does not want stuff for    " free" she gave me $ 20.- dollars . She paid me $ 1000.- And also $ 300.- for a very good job done and we would be friends. Oh was I wrong.
I would have fixed the damage - from all the wind and storms we had - for her as a friend but I am not "her friend" as she told me verbaly and on line. She threatend me with the Autorney General if it was not done with in a few days. I was first speechless and then told her " go ahead file " and left.
She also says I gave a 15 year warrenty for my work but she is wrong( I have an e-mail staten this ). She mixed up the warrenty of the paint with my warrenty wich we never discussed because we were " FRIENDS " now and friends help each other.
It is a moble home on a solid foundation or not. They shift, they move and things breake. They are not build like a house. Get used to it Trish.
