Complaint Review: Spring Masters Canada

Spring Masters entered my premises and completed unauthorized aeration and have been harassing me to pay their invoice.  At no time did I enter into a contract with this organization!  I arrived home from work to find my lawn aerated by Spring Masters when in fact, I had hired an independent contractor at half the cost to complete the work.

I must say though, Spring Masters was kind enough to leave an invoice for the worked and I am refusing to pay.  My spouse called and asked to speak with a manager a month ago regarding this situation and to date we have yet to speak with a "manager". 

The representatives that have contacted us, call to remind us that we have outstanding balance with them again, how kind of them.  I will not pay this invoice, a contract never existed!  I will be referring this matter to my local MP and will be seeking legal advice on this matter.
