Complaint Review: Spring Masters/Canadian property Stars

Propert stars/spring masters or whatever they are actually called came to our street in May offering aeration of the lawn and driveway dealing services. The lawn was done there and then and paid for immediately. We were told that the sealing could not be done until the last week in May. We explained we would be away and they said it was no problem just to give them a post dated cheque for June which we did.

We returned from our vacation to find the driveway sealing not completed but the cheque cashed. We contacted the company and were told that the team was not doing driveways until Late June but ours would be done as priority. It was still not done so we contacted them again and they promised it would be done in July. Once again the work was still not done despite them having had our money since May. We have since tried calling the number we were given and the main advertised number but nobody is returning our calls and emails, this is appalling as it is now mid August and no sign of our driveway being sealed or our money.
