Stephanie will allow you on her wait-list once. If you voluntarily remove yourself then reapply another year or so. She will deny your application on overlooked information. Her company LHP will come to her rescue for her poor management skills, and tell you to apply elsewhere. Stephanie will overlook applicants by fir example saying you didn't check you were disabled then on that deny you housing at her location. Her and her company uses to seem honest and professional. Sadly, this is exactly how management and properties have turned out. Tennessee seems to have gone down hill. Only the rich and arrogant make it here.
