I had contacted Jennifer with www.SpringcreekFarmBullies.com on one of her female puppies, send her a $500.00 deposit as she requested by mail. Puppies were born 7/21/08 on 8/27/08 she emails me saying she will be in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 9 and on the 15th and if I would like to pick up the puppy at that time, puppy not even 8 weeks old as most breeder let their puppies go by 8 weeks.

I live in Texas and have a trip plan to be in Kansas by October 24, 2008 and told her if she can hold this puppy for me until then and I will be picking the puppy up by then in person. Jennifer reply and said "NO" that will be to late and to long to hold this puppy for you and stated she will put her back on PUPPYFIND and find her another home and so she did listed her on puppyfind and wont return my deposit.

I feel I am entitled for my deposit refund as it is not my fault she does not want to hold this puppy for me until October 24, 2008. She claim all the other puppies would of been gone to new homes by September 21st but as of today September 30,2008 she still has 3 puppies listed on puppyfind looking for homes and they are siblings to the female I was getting from her.

Please if anyone can help me on this please email or contact me. I email her on September 29, 2008 asking her if she has not sold her by October 24, I would be willing to go get her and pay in full cash but she has not evn mention if she still has her or not.
