I placed a small order with this company on July 2, 2010. Two graduation tassels to use for photo frames at the cost of $15. It's now July 16th, and this company doesn't respond to email or answer either of their telephones. You get an automated... (More) I placed a small order with this company on July 2, 2010. It was for two 2010 graduation tassels to use for photo frames at the cost of $15.00 and change.

It's now July 16th, and after multiple attempts to inquire about my order's status, this company hasn't responded to emails and doesn't answer telephone calls. They list an 800 number, and a local number in Washington; I've called them both and got an automated message saying don't leave a message. Call back during regular business hours between 9-4 pacific time, Monday through Friday. I called last at 11:02 today (Friday morning).

I've just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  I intend to file several more, especially since they have my money.  I'm also placing multiple reviews on every site I can find.  I believe that Springerco is a ripoff waiting to happen. STAY AWAY!
