Transferred ownership of a used car at this business. Paid Penn state title fee, registration fee, sales tax, and fees to the owner totaling $178. She issued me plates and kept the original title and paperwork to send into PennDOT DMV.

The transaction took place 15 November 2008 and the new plates were valid until 14 February 2009.
Starting January 2009 I began calling and asking for a status and was told DMV was running behind and my registration and new title would be arriving any day.
2 February I called to turn up the pressure since my plates expire 12 days later and she is missing. After 2 days of not being able to contact Ms Boyson or anybody in her office I contacted the local police. Seems I am not the only person she ripped off this past holiday season. Now everything is with the State Police, who are overworked, and I am left with a car that has no registration and no help from anyone. This is my only transportation currently and I cannot afford another vehicle to tide me over.

IF you processed any paperwork at this location between 10 November and 31 January, and don't have a final disposition, you need to contact the Springfield Police Department!!

Thank you very much Ms Boyson and PennDOT DMV
