Springhaven Apartments UDR Lying/Misleading leasing agents Addison, Texas
I am going to keep it brief.
If you do business with this community, as with anyone, READ the whole contract.
I was told that this was a gated community, but that the gates were down for construction.
I later learned that it is not and will not be gated.
I was also told that my rent would be due by the 4th of every month. Turns out it is the 3rd. I have been charged a $50 late fee for this.
Overall it is my own fault for not reading the paperwork, but the agents should not be misleading.
