Sprint And Supervisor Kelly Green Sprint changes plan, doesn't notify you and sticks you with whopper bills Reston Virginia

When my wife purchased a new phone, Sprint secretly changed our plan without notifying us. I am deaf, we ALWAYS had unlimited text messaging for 4+ years with Sprint. When wife purchased new phone they REMOVED unlimited text messaging. Since our bill was always the same, I always paid same amount each month electronically.

3 months later our phones were cut and we were stuck with a mammoth bill. Sprint supervisor Kelly Green says its our fault for not checking bill to see if our plan was changed. (why would I check and see if our plan changed? It hasn't changed in 4 years!?!?!)

I implore everybody reading this to PLEASE check your Sprint bill, and if they have changed it, make sure supervisor Kelly Green isn't on the other end of customer service to help you, she is no help at all, quite snotty to say the least.
