Complaint Review: sprint

during the 2016 ' black friday '  sale ,  sprint offered a 43 inch lg tv - if i bought their most expensive lg ( v20 ) phone ;

said phone required paying sales taxes up front ,  and to register purchase by 27 november 2016 ( done at sprint store )

but - there were no v20 phones in stock !  so had to wait for one ( was charged $ 30 when it arrived - because they had

to ' register ' ? it ) ; when first bill arrived , it was at their highest contract level - though i had specifically requested their

lowest level : was told it could not be changed because it would be more expensive ?  for the first month - but the next

bill would be corrected ; repeated attempts to register the purchase on line were directed to a telephone number that is

voice mail only - which if you left your number ?  they would call back ( but never ever did ) ; their ' buy back ' program

for my old cell phone ,  assured me a visa card credit would be issued - with a registration number - but never received

( getting repetitious ,  read on ) ; discovered ,  the same lgv20 phone was 30 days later selling for hundreds !  of dollars

less ... tried an online legal business ,  to get at least the visa card credit but they backed out after i complained their

33 % fee ?  was excessive - without trying to recover the value of the near $ 500 lg tv offer ;

still must pay my old cellular ( buyback ) bill ,  without recourse - so entering this complaint website is my next step :

steering smarter folk than me ?  from getting caught up with another ' bait and switch ' business ... like sprint ;
