Sprint (Barboursville, WV) Misleading ads to trap customers Barboursville, West Virginia
Sprint has billed me upgrade/activation fees for 5 phones. The Sales Associate/Manager implied that there would be no additional fees when the phones were purchased. Now she has withdrawn the statement and will not remove the additional fees. Be very careful when dealing with sales associates.
I had to go back to the store to get my phone fixed and heard her tell another person that if the bill comes and an activation fee is charged, to bring the phone into the store and she would remove it.
Yet, she told me that they never remove the activation fees.
Sprint Network said that the fees are only removed when purchasing online, so they would not help.
I plan to report this practice to the highest authority for consumer fraud.

I despise Sprint. However, if she merely implied it (or you inferred it), but she did not come right out and say it, then she did not defraud you.
