Sprint Buy back program - sales personnel contacted me about 'saving money from Verizon' by switching to Sprint.  Said service was within 1% of Verizon's, would pay up to $650 for our Verizon phones with a pre-paid VISA card, and would "save us money"!  

1.  The buyback program was for the phones we had with Verizon, we were to mail them back and once they received them they would send us up to $650 for each phone so we could pay the phones off with Verizon.  NO VISA CARDS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED TO DATE AND THEY NOW SAY IT IS DENIED!  These were brand new phones we had with Verizon and now we owe them $900 for phones we have sent to Sprint!

2.  Service is horrible!  My daughter sent me a text on Sunday and I didn't get the text until Wednesday!  Calls will drop off for no reason, connectivity is slow to non-existent!

3.  We are being charged for almost $150 MORE with Sprint than with Verizon!

 

FED UP - DISGUSTED - IN DEBT FOR PHONES I CAN'T PAY FOR AND DON'T HAVE BECAUSE SENT THEM TO SPRINT - AND CAN'T PAY THE BILL WITH SPRINT EITHER
