Complaint Review: sprint cellular savage mn

Savage and apple valley mn.

Totally trashed smart phone Galaxy S2 with huge software issues.

BIG money $94 monthly 2 year plan.

Sprint failed keep there agreement of 14 day money back guarentee exchage for the exact phone. 

I was refused a even exchange exactly as required by there rules.  The manager witnessed as Jesse de hubert insulted me and said, "prove the phone is bad or go to apple valley sprint repair store".

Then after the apple valley store exchanged my phone I had the same issues with soft ware, popups windows opening and closeing repeatedly.

The after a year and  7 months I had 5 galaxy s2 CRAP phones with same but worse problems includeing chargeing failure and popups continually with extreemly anoying bings. Bings bing bing Bullshit.

After several repair visits and phone calls to sprint corp costomer care they shut me off for late payment of a $30 penalty on a payment debit card failure. Even though I paid the bill on time.

Sprint you are trash and have zero business ethics.  

Then they sent my unpaid account to collections that call continually.
