This company doesn't ever care to get it's billing correct. They offer 6 months of discounted DSL service for a one year contract. The first month I didn't get the credit. Phoned them for credit and they tell me "credit starts next month". O.K. then 3rd. month into contract, again no credit. I phone them and they say they'll credit 2 times this month. Sure, I refuse to pay the $15.00 and they bill me $15.00 plus late charge and reflect delinquent amount on my current bill for an amount that should have been credited off.

I get so sick of this company getting me into a contract that they expect me to pay money I don't owe by intimidation. They can run on someone elses money. If they cannot get their billing correct it is not up to me to just pay what they bill and wait for them to sort it out, and then pay late charges to boot.

Sprint, you don't care about your customers and if I have to complain about incorrect billing one more time, I'm going back to FCC as I have complained to them in the past when you pulled your duplicate billing game on me last year. Get it together, there's other providers for these services. I am beyond fed up.
