I signed up for earthlink and they wanted to know if I wanted it to be billed on my long distance bill. I said sure thinking they were going to add it to my att! No apparently I changed to sprint without even knowing it. To top that off I told them they could take the money directly out of my account. Big Mistake for 6 months earthlink and sprint took the money out of my account so all of a sudden I was paying twice for one service. Sprint says it is earthlinks problem earthlink says it is sprints problem.. Problem is they still have my money and no one will refund it! Now sprint sent me to collections for $8.00. I refused to pay it because I think they got enough of my money already. The collection agency said it is only $8.00 Just pay it. NO way it is a matter of principal.
