Sprint Failure to Pay Rebate Nationwide
Following was faxed to President of Sprint today; e-mailed THREE times prior, no answer to any emails:
Sir,
This is an earlier message I emailed to you WITH NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER!
Sprint still owes me $100.00 on a rebate for the Moto Q it offered last summer.
I could not collect it within the so-called "time limit" because between your accounting people and your so-called "customer service" people, I kept getting juked, jerked and jacked until that "limit" ran out. I was then basically told to go to hell.
This was very difficult for me, as I was then still in serious recovery from the most deadly cardiomyopathy (viral cardiomyopathy) there is. I am blessed to be among the far less than one percent of people who contract this death sentence to have actually and FULLY RECOVERED from it. It is truly a miracle.
Now, I have a few battles to fight, and this is one of them. I have now come out swinging!

ASAP, so I can explain the whole thing. I am sure it can be easily cleared, once we are all on the same page.
And if need be, through VISA.COM, where one can actually still speak with a living, breathing human being, I am sure I can get the exact date, transaction number, amount, whatever. Yet I can not believe your accounting department can't get these data too.
