SPRINT IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! RIPOFFS!! Nationwide

There are so many things that I can say about Sprint, but I'll keep it clean. I am currently on the phone with Sprint for the 3rd time in an hour and a half. First I got hung up on by a SUPERVISOR, then when talking to another supervisor, he stated that he could not look up my account because the system was down. I immediatly called back and talked to a regular representative and they were able to access the account just fine. Wow isn't that amazing!

Anyway I had to call in to because the bill was wrong once again. Eveyone reading this probably knows what I am talking about. There was a charge on my bill for $125. The charge is for a damaged phone that wasn't returned. The funny thing was that I returned the phone over a month ago and they say they haven't recieved it yet and they WILL NOT take the charge off the bill until they recieve it. That is just awesome. This is just problem number one. Problem number two could be figured out by a three year old. I bought a phone off their website and paid for it immediatly with a bank card. Then on the bill I just got, they are trying to recharge me for the phone!

I am just sick and tired of this whole run-around they give me. I am sure it is the same with everyone else too. The worst part is that you have to talk to someone you can barley understand. And on top of the whole thing, they are so rude. I

I had T-Mobile and they were absolutly wonderful. They helped out in so many ways and made the bill right to make the customers happy. This so called company Sprint is a joke.

MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE IS TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM SPRINT AS YOU CAN. GET TMOBILE.

I have to say, I had a terrible time with Sprint, until finding this website. My bill was almost 1500.00 and they knew it was not my fault but dealing with customer service was a waste, which I must have called probably 50 or more times. The Corporate staffs are professional and informed and really care about the customer. I advised them to stop outsourcing and maybe give people like me a job who can't work outside the home but can work from home. Most times when I called I was calling into a foreign country and had a hard time even understanding the person as well.

Then I found this website, I was able to get the CEO's information and my problem was resolved in days as was my bill. I did not even incur any charges for breaking my contract. My advice is not to ever quit, if you know you are right, then go to the top and keep going until there is a resolution that is fair. Thanks again to you guys for being here. I am disabled and do not have a lot of money so I could have never afforded a lawyer. I am still using Sprint and this was two years ago, I have had no significant problems since... Thank you!
