hey get a load of this. i recently ordered a phone to replace my old one from sprint. it got here all was well tried it didnt like called for return label here is where it starts..

they gave me an economy ground return label so it now takes a week to get back fine. i checked the carriers tracking sprint signed for it monday.. should have a refund by wednesday or thursday right?? WRONG i called CS. they said it may take 1-2 billing cycles to get the credit. WHAT 2 MONTHS yeah right. they billed my card in less than 20 seconds why cant i get a decent refund time like 2-3 days not 1-2 months. mean while if sprint is reading this the bill thats due NOW well when you guys get the refund processed then you will get your money..

BTW they charge $.20 per minute for used airtime..a personal note here seems customer service is going south not just here at sprint/nextel but every where BUT since the world has a n insatiable appetite to text and dial-n-drive i dont forsee things changing. this i s sad maybe we should all take 1-2 billing cycles to ponder over whether or not to pay our bill or pay based on the quality of service. but if we did that there would be no cellular service anywhere..
