Sprint/Nextel/Asurion Retail stores don't replace you phone, only sells them. Asurion sends bad phones and charges $500 if you don't send back the whole one. Internet
Sprint has two diffrent companies. Also I pay $10.00 for insurance and they want me to pay $50.00 to replace my old phone. Assurance is a diffrent company from sprint, but yet they can charge $500 for not sending back the old phone when u pay them $10.00 a month.
And Sprint makes you pay to cancel and you unhappy with their service. Sprint is a ripoff company and lies alot. They are money hungry.
If you have sprint stop putting up with them. Custmer for the last four years. Four years ago it was a great company, but now it is just down the drain.

Also I pay $10.00 for insurance and they want me to pay $50.00 to replace my old phone.
- The $50.00 is the deductable and that is common with most(if not all) phone insurance programs.
Assurance is a diffrent company from sprint, but yet they can charge $500 for not sending back the old phone when u pay them $10.00 a month
- Again that is common that they require you to return the damaged phone. Because how are they really going to know it is damaged unless they see it?

I have Sprint and pay montly insurance too. I (by accident) left my phone in my jacket and washed the jacket. The phone was less than 6 months old. I used the insurance, paid the $50.00 and got a new phone. Better than buying a new one for $200.00+. Have had Sprint for 7+ years and they are by far the best.
