Hi, everyone! Do here my horre story about this company. Trust me! I have been a customer, for ten years. The year was Oct 10 2000. I signed up for nextel service w/wakki talki. The service was great, the phones was RIP Citi, but worked good, for 4.5 years, until Sprint bought out, the owners of Nextel. Sprint wanted expand their service, making a big cel company, which S**Ks!

Ok, my wife and 1, where contacted by this company, for two free brand in the box cel phones promotion, they looked great, and like new! I like the looks of the phone, until activated them! Things started cave down, on me. My wife took phone work, and called me, on it! The reception was trouble, bad. I can't hear her, speak into the phone! So, I called sprint/nextel, and they kept in waiting, gave me turn around, they switch me to different departments.

This was the year Oct 14 2008. I hung up, and called them, again. I wanted cancel my service with sprint. They refused to close my account, and cancel my service. So I sold all my nextel cel phones on ebay. Sprint/Nextel sent a collection agency, and contacted me. So, I tried settle w/agency on canceling my cel service w/Sprint. They refuse to close account. They asked me, restore service, I said NO! Cancel it.

Now, feb 2009 Sprint sent a bill for 400buxks for 3 months. I won't pay it. They are still charging without cel phones. i sold every nextel phone on ebay. Don't do any business with this company, they charge for service, you can,t even cancel, I have no nextel cel phones.
