Sprint - nextel ridiculous deposit to add additional line Internet
i have had an account with sprint/nextel for over a year and a half. All i wanted to do was add another line to my account and when i called sprint to do that they told me that I had to pay an additional deposit of $250.00 even though i had already paid the same deposit to open the original line. when i told them that i would not pay the deposit and i wanted to cancel my account with them they told me that in order to cancel my account it would cost me an additional $200.00 for "early cancellation". i only have about 4 months left on a 2 year contract. dont these phone companies make enough money off customers...they also need serious customer service skills. sprint always sends out junk mail saying that they strive to keep every customer but it does not appear that way to me
Sprint/nextel are crooks

Look into your credit

Cell phone companies won't charge a deposit if your credit is good. You must not have good credit. Even if you've been with a company for a while, they still pull your credit report when you ask for more credit.
