have had trouble for over a year with dropped calls, poor if any data connection, poor technical support.

i have bought multiple new and improved devices along with new chargers and protective cases, i have submitted to all their troubleshooting, i've waited patiently for them to improve the network with no success. during that time i have endured many inconveniences due to loss of data connection that have disabled me from doing my job.

i have requested to be released from my contract without an early termination fee due to their lack of fulfilling their contract obligations and have been repeatedly denied. i would love to initiate or participate in a class action lawsuit against sprint. i can see that these problems are affecting tons of people all over the country.
