My first phone was free but I paid $100 deposit and 38 activation fee for  or something like that. But was lied too. The phone had no java installed. So I paid $49 to get another phone with java on it. No java.So I explained I wanted java applications for the internet and I paid another $59 for this phone. Had java but no application for the internet. In December I explained to sprint what I wanted and the said we have the palm centro with applications and java. I said cool and they said you will have to give us a $100 deposit and $99 for the phone. I told them they have a deposit already. She said that one was for the other phone and once I return the other phone they will credit my account $100. So I did it and They recieved thier phone back but I was paying then 149.00 every month and I didn't know why. I looked at my biil one day and I noticed two different numbers. So I called them and they were billing me for 2 phones. They said they can only credit me for so many months. So the phone broke and I paid $50 insurance to get another. That one had no sound and I had to pay another $50 to et another. So I finally had one that works So for the hurricane Aug 28, 2008 my van flipped over and I didn't find it. I reported it stolen and told them to lock the phone and cancel service. I got a bill stating I owe them $00. On Novenber 06, 2008 I got a bill stating I owe them $149 for October and November. I told the woman I canceled my account in Sept 2008. She look and said I see where you told them to lock the phone so Im going to cancel you account now. I told her no your not my account was closed in september. She hung up. I got another bill stating I owe them $200 early termination fee $149.00 for October and November And $100 for the phone. I paid for the phone $99 with a 1 year agreement in which my year started in Sept 2007 And I did get my deposit back. So how do I owe them anything and for all the phones I sent back why I didn't get my money back. And I have proof they were over billing me for 5 months and I had to keep calling to get credits. But they owe me money.
