Sprint PCS do not own up to THEIR errors Ripoff nationwide

I got my phone disconnected. I paid the full charges to get it reconnected the day after it got cut off. When I went to the store to pay the bill, the salesman said to check with the phone ( * 4 talk) to see how many minutes I had. The phone said I had 1,000 minutes (which is my full plan) at the end of the month, I get a bill saying i went over my SIX HUNDRED minutes. I call sprint to ask what happened and they said the salesman should have told me that i got partial minutes.

I returned to the store and they tell me call customer service because what the phone says (for minutes chec) is SPRINTS FAULT. I try and call again and they say it is the stores fault or MINE. If I was told by sprint pcs computers that i had 1000 minutes, then why is it anyone elses fault? especially not mine. even more so, why, if the sprint pcs comuters were wrong, should I have to pay? if the ceo of sprint went to eat at mcdonalds would it be HIS fault if he got overcharged?

all i wanted was an adjustment to the bill and they were trying to give me fre minutes HUNDREDS of them. why do i need MORE minutes if i do not use all the ones i have. just as they bill me promptly should they stand by their mistakes as well? all i want is an adjustment and they rudely told me its MY problem not theirs
