Sprint PCS doesn't provide services promised Seattle Washington
Bought a Sprint PCS Vision cell phone in August. None of the services promised work. I have paid $$$ to download rings that never display.
Web site is completely unusable as you generally can't even sign in. They gave me 3 months free 2mg of ram so I could experiment with all the features but I haven't been able to get anything to work.
Why do companies put out products before they are tested and ready for the consumer?
The phone is cool---but the service sucks.

Don't worry about the Vision plan...

Don't worry about the Vision not working properly. As an employee of Sprint PCS, let me tell you the reason the services were offered 3 months free. Because Sprint PCS hasn't figured out how to bill the usage yet. I'm serious, they haven't figured out if you're using 1 MB or 400 MB. All of the Holiday plans have unlimited usage. They need a lot of people trying to access the Vision services if they are going to be able to devise a way to bill it. I actually just recommend changing to a holiday plan and locking onto the unilimited vision services while they're around.....
