Sprint PCS I've Had it! the latest and greatest ripoff - the business that doesn't give a dam Baltimore Maryland
We all know that SpintPCS service SUCKS. I have had billing issues, usage issues, address issues like most people have, but this takes the cake.
This all started on Sept. 4th after I called customer (nightmare) service and told them that my billing is wrong. I am being charged a 911 fee and a city tax for my old address (150 miles away) and that I needed to get this resolved (I have no idea if my bill is going to be higher or lower with the new tax and I don't care.) All I want is my bill to be right. I was told on the 4th that it would take up to 5 business days to get the problem fixed. I called back on the 14th and was told that the paperwork was submitted on the 11th (I told the person that I called on the 4th and it was going to take 5 business days) and she could care less, now it's going to take up to 10 business days from the 11th.
Ok, another example of a poor company (above average for SprintPCS.) Now, I say to them ok I was hoping to get this fixed for this months billing statement, they said that would not happen. Billing in advance reasons that I have no idea why they can't credit or debit my account after the new tax is figured in.
I then want to pay my bill so it is not late and they can screw me out of more money, the website is down. I call up on the landline and the credit card address on file and my home address don't match (I only have one address) and it would cost $5 to do it even if all things matched. I'm told it would be free if I use my cell phone (to help me use up my minutes I am sure). I am going to a sprint store and stopping service.
Almost two years of the worst service and support I have ever seen. The 8pm night time minutes were great, but I will get more minutes with another company and I hope less stress and better service.
