Sprint PCS is a ripoff fraud business Greensboro North Carolina
Sprint PCS, Asst manager and Manager ripoff, the customer cant be right! the business that doesn't give a dam Greensboro North Carolina .....
I had been having problems with a certain Sprint phone and had taken it in. When I took it in and told them I wanted to trade the
phone in, I was shown one phone but received another phone in the mail. I then took the phone in and told them this was not the
phone that the salesman had shown me. I was told that I had accepted the phone and that I had to keep it. I then told him that
I had been shown another phone and that this was definitely not the one. I then showed him the phone that I was shown. He went to the
back and came back 5 minutes later and said that I had accepted the phone and I had to keep it or call customer care on the red phone.
I told him no, I wanted to speak with the sale guy that had helped me 2 days prior. He said that he called him at home and he said
that that was the phone he showed me (the one I got in the mail and was trying to return.) I said "how does he know over the phone, he deals
with hundreds of customers!" He then proceeded to tell me that this is the phone and I was stuck with it. So I, as the customer, was lying!? I was irate! Then I asked to speak to the
manager and he said he was the manager, the asst manager. I then asked for the MANAGER and he informed me she was busy and it would be about
20 minutes. I stood there waiting for about 15 minutes and then a customer waiting pointed out the manager behind me. SHe had been
there the whole time and heard the entire incident and didnt bother to step in! Then she knew I was waiting to speak to her and
proceeded to help customers who had entered the store after me. Afte making a scene and waiting for 20 minutes, i was given the
privelege to talk to this manager. She basically said the same thing that the otehr salesman had stated but once I told her
there was no humanly way I was walking out of the store with a phone whosse value was $70 and the one I paid for was $130.
She then looked over to the asst manager and said order her the phone! That simple. I had wasted 30 plus minutes of my busy day just for
them to do what I had originally requested. They said I would have my phone in 2 business days, this was a Friday. As I sit here on Wednesday, I still am phoneless! Thats 7 days and no phone!
I am a single mother of 3 kids and a full time student, this is unacceptable!!
