Vague billing, roaming charges while "in their area", $5 charge on my bill without any explanation, generally confusing double talk .....

Telephone bills used to be simple to read. Now it has unexplained charges.In the past I've attempted to talk to customer representatives and they charge $3 for that now.And in most cases it takes a halfhour or more to get through. I don't know what this rip-off report is going to do to correct anything except make me feel better.

I get roaming charges when I'm in their area. This month I have a $5 charge that is unexplained. I tried looking at the FCC that looked more complicated than the stupid phone bill.I don't see why these companies are going broke. From what little I've been able to clarify from various sources they're several hundred percent markup and more.How does one apply for a job as a phone executive. It looks pretty easy if the bookkeeping doesn't add up, just "cook the books".

Five dollars doesn't seem like much these days, but if your multiply 230 million users. To me it isn't worth the time to pursue. They win.
