Complaint Review: SPRINT PCS

SPRINT PCS Cheated me twice and never sent me MAIL-IN-REBATE Dollars. This happened once in June/July 2000 for $30 and now Feb-2002 for $50.

They promised to send the money within 14 weeks. I used to see on theire website about my Rebate Order in Process but now they posted that I am not eligible and will send a letter.

Now it's more than 16 weeks when I purchase a new phone with new upgraded plan.

I think they may be doing this for all other millions of customers.
