i purchased data card usb stick for the 3g data side of sprint service. unfortunately i was not happy with the service nor the speed. now i fail to see where the savings are the plan was supposed to set up like this.
current or new customers with the simply everything plan may add the usb device for 49.95 per month instead of 59.99. i had to pay $100.00 deposit NOBODY told me about an activation of $26.00 YES i asked the response was it'll be taken care of.
returning the device was a joke as well they prorated the plan by$32.00 beware they will NOT refund money applied the remainder of the balance to the acct. then i noticed that the plan was not set right the sales guy set it up for just additional line thus FULL price. of 59.99. and only 5GB of data per month!!
i have taken notice that over the past few years the service at sprint in both wireless availability and customer support is getting worse and worse. ask for english speaking support and habib gets mad cops an attitude and hangs up with a few choice words. its no wonder that j.d. powers and associates no longer look at sprint as a competitor with the three majors i.e. verizon att tmobile.
sprint guys when my contract or when i get the money im getting out of my contract after nearly 11 years of ever degrading service im DONE.
