Complaint Review: SPRINT PCS

SPRINT PCS NOT MINE Credit Report shows a collection of $933.00 for a past due account! Overland Park Kansas

A credit service I contracted notifies me of any changes on my credit reports.
TEE = TransUnion, Equifax & Experian.

They notified me that SPRINT PCS had placed a collection account on my report that I had no knowledge off; so I got off work 6P.M., went straight to a sprint store, because when I called from my cell phone and explained the situation they bounced me around numerous times ultimetly to drop the call!

When I was at the store, I used their phones to call SPRINT and after 5 different CSR's & "dropped calls", I requested to escalate the call, a team lead sent me to their fraud department at 8:05P.M., only to find out they close at 7P.M. and I need to call during business hours. = I need to bill SPRINT for 2 hours of my time, because they get paid to bounce me around and I have to use my time without getting compensated.

Well, it's noon on 30-Nov-2007 and I've had to file the following:
1) Police Report for ID Theft.
2) File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission = ftc.gov
3) Call SPRINT, go to www.sprint.com to get a fraud package to fill out and
get it notarized to send in to them with a copy of all of the above.
4) Put an alert on my credit with TEE = TransUnion, Equifax & Experian.

From this point forward everything is CERTIFIED MAIL @ a whopping $5.97 per envelope.

5) Type a letter explaining all of the above to:

SPRINT/PCS Fraud Management
Attn: OCA Dispute
6360 Sprint Parkway
Overland Park, Kansas 66251
Mailstop: KSOPHE0202-2C660 ***IMPORTANT= DON'T LEAVE THIS # OUT.

6) Type another letter for TEE = TransUnion, Equifax & Experian with a copy of:
a. the letter to SPRINT
b. make sure to include the # of the police report
c. a copy of the complaint filed with the FTC = Federal Trade Commission
d. a copy of my bills showing I owe $57.42 due by 3-Dec-2007 (only of it
applies to you).

7) OK - I'm exhausted, but this should do the job and if after all is said and done, they don't clear your credit report and name; Please call me to provide you the phone number of my attorney, so we can file a class action lawsuit.

Thank you and please call the FTC; hopefully it will get the wheels turning; so they can get a "FEDERAL INVESTIGATION" going; but they can't unless you call and complaint or on-line, but please do it so we all get the help we need!

Best regards to all and Merry Christmas!

I was on my myspace and there was a bulletin from tom about work at home jobs. And so I clicked the link to see what was in there, and interestingly enough there is a supposed work from home job out of overland park kansas.

Here is the link

http://www.thejobbox.com/tjb/JobSeeker/search.cfm?page=position-description&JobID=%25%22%5DLC2U0%20%0A&CFID=373693&CFTOKEN=77930633

not quite sure if it is related but I came on here to check if thejobbox.com was weird itself.

Are you sure it is Sprint and not some scum debt collector that's just throwing a bill at identical names hoping one sticks?
