Sprint Pcs poor customer service once they have them under commitment!! Reston Virginia

sprint and other phone companies are signing every single customer under commitment that way they can give a poor customer service and force them to stay without lose any money and most cases they making more money when consumer cancel before the end of the commitment.
This happen to me I got a sprint broad band service about 3 or more years a go. And dec 2006 I got a new usb card and they forced me to go on another two year commitment because my new laptop was not compatible with the old air card. Otherwise I had to pay for contract cancelation. and 16 moths latter the air card fail and I went to sprint store and I got a new air card I pay $ 250.00 which is the full price for the card to avoid another two year commitment if they discount the card $75.00 what deal $75.00 but they will have me as a hostage for two more years.

I did pay for the card and I asked the employee to activate the card that way I will be able use it right a way. He did not activate the card and tech support. (Should be tech unsupported.) Because all they can do is keep transferring to other department to keep the customer on the phone. Any way doing that I wasted 6 hours on the phone with no results. I went back to sprint store to see if they can help me. And was the same BS. the manger said that the person who handle the sierra cards will be there in 5 minutes I waited 30 minutes and she never show up I end up returning the card and when I call to cancel the service the employee id WJ03 said that will be a $200.00 penalty fee. I wonder they can penalize me because I cancel the service but they do not understand that if cancel the service is because I getting a very poor customer service.

We need to joint all the consumers and challenge the commitments and force the politics to change the law to prohibit the practice of force consumers to go under commitment for cellular, regular phone services or satellite TV. Because they using the law to steal legally peoples money
