I BOUGHT MY PHONE AT THE CAMP BOWI RADIO SHAK IN FT WORTH TEXAS AND ASKED FOR A FT WORTH NUMBER (FIRST DAY) THAY GAVE ME A WEATHERFORD NUMBER. ONLY ABTER ASKING FOR A REFUND DID THAY FIX THERE MISTAKE. THE PHONE WAS OK FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS. I BROKE THE ANTENA TOOK IT BACK TO RADIO SHACK IN WEATHERFORD. THAY TOLD MY ACCOUNT WOULD BE SUSPENDED FROM THAT DAY. TILL I GOT MY PHONE BACK. 3 MONTHS LATER THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETE. I WENT TO PICK IT UP THAY CHARGED ME OVER $30.00 FOR THE REPAIR TOOK MY MONEY.

THAY CALLED SPRINT TOLD ME THE PHONE WOULD BE RESTORED IN A FEW HOURS. (DIDNT HAPPEN) MONDAY (NEXT DAY AVALABLE) I RETURNED TO RADIO SHACK THAY CALLED SPRINT SPRINT TOLD THEM THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CLOSED DUE TO NONPAYMENT.

ALSO MY $250.00 DEPOSIT HAD BEEN FORFITED AND TO RE ESTABLISH PHONE SERVICE IT WOULD COST ME $450 DEPOSIT PLUS THE PAST DUE AMOUNT FOR THE TIME IT HAD BEEN THE SHOP.
