Sprint Pcs ripoff, bad customer service, won't honor warranty, sold defective phone, bad company Fort Collins Colorado

I bought a brand new phone from a sprint pcs store in fort collins colorado.

I paid full price for the phone to avoid a contract and I got a one year warrenty on it.

It turned out that that phone was defective and kept dropping calls even while it showed that I had full service. I went back to the store several times and tried to get them to replace the phone but they won't replace it without me signing a 2 year contract even though it is under warranty and I paid full price.

I called to 800 number for sprint and talked with three different reps already and they all told me that the store should not be making me sign a contract since I paid full price and am still under warranty. I did not get any discount when I bought the phone and it is still under warranty therefor I am entitled to a new phone if mine is defective. Also the phone itself is in perfect condition, no scratches at all. All I want is a phone that works. Same brand,

Now I spent four hundred dollars on a defective phone
