sprint pcs ripoff business from hell Nationwide USA
I signed my sprintpcs contract,september 4,2001. after dealing with hell,I cancelled my contract september 4,2002. well,once again I find myself in hell. apparently since I changed my minutes in april 2002 they started my year contract over again!!!
I was not told this by the representative nor did the salesmen tell me this,so now they are charging me a $150 cancellation fee! SO FUNNY because I am not paying, I feel used, mistreated and lied to, they should have told me my year would start over, this is not legal and I will contact my attorney if they do not waive it,I already sent a dispute letter,they is the worst cellular company I have ever dealt with... DO NOT GO WITH SPRINT PCS!!
