Complaint Review: Sprint PCS

I wanted to make consumers aware of the business practices of sprintpcs. First, Sprint PCS recently changed their policy of allowing you to access your airtime information for free. They charge you airtime to check your airtime. Secondly, if you want to talk to a live body, they will charge you 3.00 dollars.

You can ask all the questions you want on the internet and you will get an answer in about 2 days. If you call them, you can talk to a computer, if you can get through. And the best is for last. If you want to pay your bill at a local store, they will charge you 5.00 dollars to do so. Pick any cell service available, just don't pick sprintpcs. Unless you are a high volume caller, it just doesn't matter.
