Sprint Pcs ripoff dishonest billing ripoff New Port News Virginia
hello...I have been with srpint like a year now...i signed up for the 29.99 a month plan which gives you 3000 night minutes and 200 day minutes the past 4 or 5 phone bills i have recieved have been around 80 or 90 $...so i paid them thinking i went over my minutes...well i get my phone bill today and of course it says 80$ ..the phone calls i was charged for totaled 14.00...my phone bill should of been around 45$ as it should of been the last 4 times...i am not late on any payments...well o had enough of it today and i called sprint...the man told me they FORGOT to bill me for 1 month service charge...it seems they have forgottin the last 4 times...apparently i have been paying 2 or three phone bills a month...what can be done about this?...thanks kelly
