Complaint Review: Sprint PCS

Sprint PCS ripoff dishonest company Wisconsin

I bought a SprintPCS cell phone from a Radio Shack store and the phone was $200. I had it activated and no more than a week later, the phone was disconnected.

Not thinking, I paid what the customer service rep told me, and again two days later it happened again. To make a long story short, I ended up having my phone turned off so many times I cant count, and all the money I put into the piece, I could have put for a down payment of a car.

I breached my contract by telling Sprint to shove it and have an additional fee to pay...so they think. I also have every piece of reciept from every payment I have made so back me up in court. I think Sprint is the worst company and they are liars. That whole time they kept telling me I owed because I went over my minutes and was charged so much money for every minute. I know that I never did go over my minutes but they will soon find out, I am not the stupid one in this case.

Sprint Arena, Kansas City

#4Consumer Suggestion

During last week's election, Sprint Arena was approved in Kansas City. It is my understanding that Sprint will have to put a sizeable amount of money into this arena. I wonder if they will sell off the large mega complex they built in Overland Park...right before they started laying off thousands of employees. If I worked for Sprint I most certainly would be worrying about whether or not I will have a job after the Sprint arena is built.

Don't threaten the kids who work for Sprint, they just reply as the last one did!

I suggest we all send letters to the MANY upper mgmt personnel at Sprint, especially after they tried to screw me on a recent DSL sale. That deal was so slimey I felt I needed to bathe after the call.
