Sprintpcs charged me $10 for wireless web and voice command which I did not authorize. The rep stated she could remove only half ($5) of the charges. When I refused and requested that the full $10 be removed plus any taxes ( which they stated they could not figure out) be removed they stated that since I refused the removal of half of the amount that they would not remove any of the charges.

I got in touch with the Attorney Generals division of consumer affairs in my state and filed my complaint. I encourage any other consumers with this problem to contact your local Consumer Protection Agency. I will respond with the outcome once there is one.
