My sprint service sucked, so I called to disconnect. My payments were a bit late and the service was turned off. I payed off the remainder of the year. THE WHOLE YEAR.

The service rep. told me to pay for the rest of the year and that would be that. right. I than received a bill for early termination. I called sprint, and after being on hold for thirty or so minutes I was able to talk to the first idiot. Oh, wait, I forgot, I was hung up on first.

So, I called back and talked to the first idiot. After talking in circles for fifteen minutes, she passed me on to billing. I felt violated after that phone call. All that p***k could do was to interupt me and repeat the following "If you give me your credit card, I will bill it for 171.00".

I than asked him to transfer me back to customer service. He said that he couldn't. Liar. He then threatened to hang up on me if I didn't stop screaming. I hung up.

I called back again, was on hold for the usual, and talked to another rep. She had a clue. After a long discussion, she said it would be taken care of. Liar.

Next month I got yet another bill. I made my boyfriend call this time. Thirty minutes later he explained the problem yet again. Fifteen minutes after that he was told that someone would be contacting me. I'm still waiting.
